A few years ago I was very active in the book blogging world. I was passionate about promoting a niche in children's and YA literature that simply isn't as accessible or promoted on mainstream book blogs. I wrote for two dynamic blogs and communities that celebrated multicultural literature. Then life, actually a death rocked my world. Then other life changes encroached on my time, and I fell off the blog grid. I've told that story too many times.

Today's story is that I am going to be a grandmother, and my oldest is a foster parent to teen girls so I'm acting on nagging desire to return to an old love: book blogging. Finally, I've made the decision to move forward with a new commitment to books and authors I love. I'm excited to share this new chapter in my life with you.
